http://www.plogger.org/forum/comments.php?DiscussionID=293Fri, 09 Dec 2005 20:52:41 +0000Andy Miller I've installed plogger running on MAMP (standalone Apache server with PHP and MySQL). This is installed on http://localhost:8888. The installation went fine, the admin screens work fine, and the collections and albums are where they should be but links from the pages created by plogger point to http://localhost rather than http://localhost:8888.
Any advice?

I have made absolutley no changes to my server, nor does anyone but myself have admin access to it.
I'm wondering if there is some dynamic code in the Plogger tool that references external code that may have changed recently? I can't get my head around this one. I changed nothing, yet now none of my thumbnails or fullsize images will display.
Has anyone had this happen to them and if so, any tips? I don't want to got o another product, I really liike the interface and customization available with this tool.

Is a groups site that im currently working on, if you click on gallery, you'll see that, the first page is fine width wise, if you click on the Starcraft Screens Collection, the page goes out of whack and the width is back to normal. I thought in the intregration part, where I put the require codes in gall.php, I put it in a table and set the width to 100%, but that didnt work, basically im just trying to make the gallery.php page in a table set to 100% so it works fine with the size of the iFrame. I hope this isn't confusing, I think I confused myself typing it, so anything you need a little more explaination to, please ask.
2nd, when you click the image to the full size, is it possible to make the image pop up in a new window?]]>

http://www.plogger.org/forum/comments.php?DiscussionID=242Sun, 27 Nov 2005 05:54:28 +0000tmhai I would just like to know why it takes so long to import images via the 'Import' method of the Admin CP? I tried to import over 600 images and they took at least 30 minutes.
Also, when the page displays for me to select which images I want to upload the images are broken. Has this been reported?
Lastly, I moved my Plogger installation into a diffrent folder and now when Im viewing my images via the Slideshow and I click on it, the url is incorrect and is instead pointing to a folder a level up. How do I change the directory to which the slideshow scrip uses?
Also, I've realised that Plogger makes thumbnails and stores them. I'm not sure this is of any use to me (the storing part of the process). As I have so many photos the thumbnails folder has reached the GB point (as have my Photos, but thats what the whole script is all about). Is there a method of stopping Plogger from storing thumbnails and rather having them created 'on-the-fly' and saved for later use?
Thanks for all your support.
Out of curiosity, is Plogger group from Australia? If so, can I make a donation via Cheque through the Mail? This program is superb, and as I am currently making my High School's website, I'm sure they would agree too.
