Could some one give me a little help, I am trying to implement the gallery into this page

I am familar and competent in most things, but seem to be struglling

Have read the stuff and I kno I have put the php bits top, head and body
and I am guessing I need to enclose the body one in <div> tags

I just cant seem to be able to restrict the width

couple of things still bugging me

when the screen refresh's some text appears at the top, which i think is something to do with the way I have set this up

the text headers for the comment section does anyone have some specific info on where in the gallery.css this is changed]]>
