I don't know about Database Setup
What is MySQL Host : ?
MySQL Host: ?
MySQL Database: ?

I guess that
MySQL Host is my Ip address 10.31.2.51 or localhost
MySQL Host is root
MySQL Database is Gallery

not succes have error that :
