General Support: cant access the actual photo...pls helllppppp!

hello everyone! im new here, and starting to use plogger, it's great but i encounter one misbehavior when it comes to the specific photo that i want to view. I can't access the actual photo.

i installed it to another server, i found out that it works fine there. when i mouseover on one of the collection i saw that the link starts with a question mark (?), on the otherhand, on my actual site it didnt start with question mark (?) but rather in index.php...what's the reason and what will i do so that the link will start in question mark (?) rather than index.php?

please help me...
