General Support: Getting "Undefined Index" during install

    I keep getting these warnings during installation. It is telling me everything is installed, but these "Undefined index" warnings keep the program from running. What is going on here and how can I fix it? This is my first time using plogger and I am an intermediate php user. I am running php5 and MySQL on a Unix Server. Here are the warnings:
