General Support: RSS on main level. Empty?

Hi. I'm playing with Plogger since a few days now and besides of some issues I really like it.
I've got a question about RSS. I understand that there are different 'levels' RSS feeds in this case.
But, if I view the RSS feed on the mainpage it's got no items in it.
When I go to one of the albums, I get a full RSS feed.
In my opinion this means that if you want to keep track of the whole gallery, you need to subscribe yourself to the RSS feed of all the available collections in one gallery. Is there any way you can have one RSS feed for the whole gallery?

By the way, another question. I'm using version 3.0b3 and I'm experiencing problems with the translation files. I'm using the Dutch version, and I noticed only the admin section has turned into my language. Whatever I tried,the gallery itself is still in English.
