    First of all let me say thanks for the GREAT script. I have a weird bug to report however with RC1. I copied a folder with two sub-folders to the uploads directory. Then went to the manage tab and the two sub-folders showed up. I ended up not adding them at that time and clicked on another admin tab to do something else. When I went back to the manage tab the folders were gone. I checked my file manager and the uploads directory was completely empty except for the index.php file.
    Any idea why my files would have been deleted from the uploads directory without being added?

    I can find what the issue is with the code, but it will take me a little bit to come up with a solution. Thanks for opening a Trac ticket as well! You can follow progress from there.
