Feature Requests and Feedback: Progress indication needed after thumbnail generation

This needs to be implemented soon I feel. At the moment, when importing pictures into an album, after the thumbnail generation stage, there is no progress indication, the browser just says, "Waiting for (domain)" and you have to wait until it is finished, no progress indication exists.

I use Firefox, and the upcoming Firefox 4 does away with the status bar, so users won't even see the "Waiting for (server)" text, and think it has crashed. Could we have a lightbox style Javascript window come up with progress and current file?
