Installation: Error Script

Hi, All..... just joined and am currently setting up the Ploggery Gallery on my website. Most of the install was straight forward and has install to my host server but when i view my gallery i have some script errors at the bottom of my gallery home page to which i am unable to locate and resolve.

an anyone please help me resolve this code error. it looks as though its looking at the temp eval config file?
