As the title say's, the sub directory folders disappear after an import.
Is this a new feature of plogger?

The older version I have installed does not do this.

EDIT: OK, I can get use to uploading the folders every time (I have to sort them locally any way) but to make matters worse, every time I do upload them I get a warning at the time of import that my folders are not writable. This will start to become a huge pain to have to CHMOD the uploaded folders every time before I import.

Is there a bit of code I can cancel out or change to stop this deleting behavior?
