    Sorry to hear you have the spam bot problem.
    Could this prompt some more work and development on captcha fields?
    I've never been able to get captcha to work on my albums to prevent the spam bot comments, so I am having to keep comments switched off.

    It appears captcha is broken for both Vanilla (this forum) and Plogger, the bots have gotten around it somehow.
