    Hi,

    The difference between read posts and unread posts are very hard to pickup on an LCD screen.

    Can the color of unread posts be made a little darker or does Vanilla have a post indicator?

    The contrast seems OK to me, and I am using a CRT monitor. I agree though, sometimes it can be hard to distinguish. If you go into the "Account" tab, you can click "Change Stylesheet" and enter a custom CSS file for your account. I suggest copying the default Vanilla CSS and just changing the color value of the read/unread post containers.

    I changed it to the root light syle, it has indicators on the left side of the post.
