General Support: Questions about names

I turned cruft free urls on, but when there is space in collection or album name, script creates URL where spaces are replaced with _. I need to script write here -, but don't know where in code to replace it. I found in plog-functions.php on line around 300 code about replacing other characters. Can somebody help?
Second question is about names of albums. On every page head on the page and title of the page are same and this is name of gallery. I want to head and title have names depending on albums which are currently displayed. How to make it? (I changed index.php with entering three lines of code and creating some kind of template). I'll appreciative any help.

Is possible that nobody knows?
