    I just uploaded my very first (static) website. Quite excited.
    I want to add photo gallery to it, but I have ZERO understanding of PHP/MySQL...

    Can someone like me upload Plogger, or do I need to learn some PHP/MySQL first?

    You do not need knowledge of MySQL but you'll maybe need something from PHP. If you read readmes you and search web for your problems you can mostly achieve what you need.
