Installation: Cannot download configuration file

    I successfully created the database, FTPed the files. I get to the page where it says "Before you can proceed, please click here to download configuration file for your gallery, then upload it to your webhost (into the same directory where you installed Plogger itself)."

    When I "click here" - it takes me back to the installation form... which is now blank. I can't download anything. the URL for the "click here" link is "_install.php"

    I have full administrative access to phpadmin, etc. Site uses MySQL 5.0.77, php 5.2.12

    okay, I followed the instructions in this topic to manually create the config file, but now, it goes to installation, and just loads... nothing happens.
